Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure correct US GAAP and IFRS accounting treatment for all lease agreements, including real estate operating and finance leases.
  • •Complete timely lease close, reconciliations, complex monthly journal entries, and pre-reviews of CoStar abstracted data, amortisation schedules, and standard journals.
  • •Pre-review sundry invoices for sublease income and maintain listings of leases for corporate filing requirements.
  • •Record other real estate cost entries and conduct quarterly gross-up for equipment asset and liability adjustments.
  • •Support audits and SOX control compliance, including self-testing to identify and remediate control gaps, and drive continuous improvement to optimize Oracle/CoStar/BlackLine and identify new technology opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred.
  • •Minimum 3 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years of leases experience and 1 year in a global organisation.

  • •Strong communication (English) and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Demonstrated success in cross-cultural, virtual team environments.
