Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general production tasks to process meat products using hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and other equipment.
  • •Support safe, high-quality food production by following standards for safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • •Work scheduled shifts and may work overtime depending on production demands.
  • •Follow PPE and safety requirements while working in noisy, cold/warm, and wet/humid environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform repetitive, continuous tasks requiring good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • •Be able to stand on concrete/platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and work in wet/humid conditions.
  • •Work around animal blood/carcass parts and, if trained, work with a knife while using required PPE and safety equipment.
