•Own Your Number: carry a quota for signed neurology practices in your region and manage the full cycle from self-sourcing to closing.
•Forecast accurately and keep the pipeline clean and current in the CRM.
•Sell Across Virtual and In Person: conduct most activities virtually, with in-person meetings as needed to advance deals.
•Navigate the Practice: map the decision-making unit (neurologists, owners, admins) and build multi-threaded relationships to move partnerships forward.
•Build the Motion With Us: feed field learnings back into messaging and process, collaborating on territory planning and handoffs to scale the motion.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

•Highly organized and analytical, comfortable owning a number and reasoning from pipeline data.
•Strong written and verbal communication, with polish to represent the company externally; familiarity with current sales tooling (CRM, sequencing, and related tools).
