Key Responsibilities

•Build and execute partnership strategies with enterprise customers, including training teams and setting up joint operations
•Manage the full partnership lifecycle from kickoff to expansion and renewals
•Act as the voice of the customer, translating explicit and implicit business needs into solutions
•Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver joint AI solutions and communicate value
•Track and measure partnership success using KPIs, reports, and performance tracking

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in a front office finance role
•Professional fluency in both Japanese and English
•Outstanding project management and communication skills with strong organization and attention to detail
•Action-oriented mindset balancing creative problem-solving with execution speed
