Job Summary

Oversee night shift safety, quality, and production performance at a manufacturing facility. Ensure product control and process inputs follow the plan, rework NCRs during the shift, and manage production monitoring systems (Factbird and JDE). Lead and develop production employees, coordinate shift handoffs and training, control waste and KPIs, and support continuous improvement while maintaining ISO/BRC, health and safety, and 5S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Assure safety initiatives are followed and investigate/participate in accident investigations while identifying and resolving risks.
•Follow the Product Control Plan, complete 2-hour quality checks, ensure corrective action responses are accurate and timely, and rework NCRs when available.
•Monitor Factbird and JDE to manage production on the floor, complete production reports, and maintain Production KPIs for the shift.
•Manage production employees and operations: delegate responsibilities, organize shift handoffs, schedule direct reports based on labor needs, and coordinate training.
•Control waste/scrap reduction, manage daily issue/return of materials, maintain 5S housekeeping, and support ISO/BRC and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually
