•Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA brand values and service standards.
•Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and service.
•Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession planning for high-performing employees.
•Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain profitability while delivering top-tier customer service.
•Communicate and manage merchandise opportunities with Store/Assistant Store Manager to optimize assortment and availability.
•Maintain and achieve inventory and shrink goals; oversee physical inventory counts and merchandise handling.
•Comply with policies, procedures, and core operating competencies; maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1–2 years’ experience in a customer service oriented retail environment.
•Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate information to large groups.
•Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
•Ability to learn quickly and operate MS Office programs and retail software.
•The ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and move/walk for extended periods.
