Key Responsibilities

  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose and perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts, and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
