Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain distributed applications with high performance and reliability.
  • •Build microservices using Java and Spring Boot, following modern development best practices.
  • •Develop and optimize REST APIs and backend services for high availability and scalability.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot complex systems across application, container, and Kubernetes layers; support production systems and incident resolution.
  • •Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives).

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive hands-on software development experience using Java.
  • •Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and modern frameworks.
  • •Experience with distributed systems, performance tuning, and fault tolerance.
  • •Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • •Experience with messaging/streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka) and NoSQL data modeling (e.g., Couchbase).
