Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction activities for the STP project.
  • •Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements, and project schedules to ensure civil works meet approved requirements.
  • •Supervise construction activities including excavation, shoring, dewatering, backfilling, reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, waterproofing, and underground works.
  • •Coordinate and monitor progress: manage RFIs, track manpower/materials/equipment, prepare progress reports, and identify delays with recovery/mitigation actions.
  • •Ensure quality, HSE, and compliance through QA/QC inspections and testing, NCR/punch-list closure, and oversight of safe execution; support as-built drawing and handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •10+ years of civil engineering and construction supervision experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience on STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, tanks, pumping stations, pipelines, and utility networks.
  • •Experience with contractor management, site supervision, and project coordination.
