Lead procurement for the Qinzhou site by ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and Albemarle standards while driving a culture of risk mitigation. Own site procurement value creation strategies and align category strategies and performance metrics with GBU stakeholders and site operations. Use spend and supplier insights to identify cost-reduction and savings opportunities, partner with site leadership, and collaborate with other sites to share leverage and pursue value-adding programs.
