Branch Leader - Clarkton

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, workforce scheduling, and human capital decisions. Grow branch revenue by executing small business and mass affluent development strategies, including face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, while partnering with IRM and operations to complete required team training.
