Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end digital transformation and product evolution of ADFH, owning a three-horizon roadmap from smart physical operations to a B2B digital marketplace and an AI-powered regional platform. Drive product strategy, roadmap and MVP scoping, integration with Abu Dhabi Trade & Logistics Platform (ATLP), and Phase I platform delivery (CRM, ERP, access management). Build and lead a small digital product team while monitoring adoption, performance, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute digital marketplace product strategy, including B2B trade enablement, tenant services, and value-added services
•Drive development of AI-powered capabilities such as demand forecasting, predictive analytics, and supply chain optimization
•Establish data architecture foundations and set feature roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and MVP scoping for iterative releases
•Manage integrations with Abu Dhabi Trade & Logistics Platform (ATLP) and other government systems, including Phase I completion (CRM, ERP, access management) by July 2026
•Oversee platform evolution through Horizons 1–3, monitor performance and adoption, and build/lead a small digital product team as the platform scales

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
•10+ years’ experience in digital transformation, product management, or technology strategy roles
•5+ years at senior leadership level (VP, Director, or equivalent) with board-level presentation experience
•Proven track record launching digital platforms or marketplaces, preferably in B2B environments
•Experience with AI/ML applications (e.g., demand forecasting, predictive analytics) and familiarity with trade platforms, logistics technology, or distribution systems
