Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure customer workspaces using AI-assisted setup for close checklists, reconciliation setups, flux analyses, and reporting mapped to the customer’s close process.
  • •Set up and validate ERP integrations (especially NetSuite) and sub-ledger connections; troubleshoot token/permissioning issues and ensure data ties out.
  • •Deliver onboarding and live reconciliation walkthroughs so accounting teams can use Numeric’s AI features effectively (occasionally in person).
  • •Manage implementation workstreams: maintain the implementation dashboard, chase customer homework, manage timelines, and escalate product blockers with context.
  • •Ramp from close management implementations toward more technical areas such as cash transaction-matching rules, SFTP data feeds, and automation tuning; automate repeat work via templates, articles, and AI agents.
