Job Summary

Configure and launch new customers on an AI-first financial data platform for accounting and finance. You’ll build customer close checklists and reconciliation setups, connect ERP and sub-ledger integrations (including NetSuite), run onboarding and reconciliation walkthroughs, and manage implementation workstreams like projects. You’ll troubleshoot data issues, keep the implementation dashboard current, and progressively ramp from close management into more technical areas like cash automation and matching rules.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure customer workspaces using AI-assisted setup for close checklists, reconciliation setups, flux analyses, and reporting mapped to the customer’s close process.
•Set up and validate ERP integrations (especially NetSuite) and sub-ledger connections; troubleshoot token/permissioning issues and ensure data ties out.
•Deliver onboarding and live reconciliation walkthroughs so accounting teams can use Numeric’s AI features effectively (occasionally in person).
•Manage implementation workstreams: maintain the implementation dashboard, chase customer homework, manage timelines, and escalate product blockers with context.
•Ramp from close management implementations toward more technical areas such as cash transaction-matching rules, SFTP data feeds, and automation tuning; automate repeat work via templates, articles, and AI agents.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 145,000 annually

•Ability to learn software quickly and be precise with data ("it ties out").
•Customer-centric mindset for stressful implementation moments and making customers feel handled.
•Strong communication and problem-solving to explain configuration decisions and debug reconciliation mismatches.
•Operate with urgency, own workstreams end to end, and know when to escalate.
