Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and delivery of multi-disciplinary aviation infrastructure projects, aligning team objectives with broader business goals and integrating across disciplines.
•Assure technical delivery by providing expertise to the design team and ensuring technical excellence in delivery.
•Build and maintain relationships with key clients, providing strategic advice and representing AECOM at meetings, industry events, and conferences.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leading preparation of bids and proposals aligned with client needs and strategic priorities.
•Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of airport planners, civil engineers, and aeronautical ground lighting designers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
•Professional qualification: Institution of Civil Engineers (or equivalent).
•Significant experience and a strong track record in design, planning, and construction support within the airport environment.
•Knowledge of civil and military aviation standards and recommended practices (ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, MAA).
•Exceptional communication skills to identify and influence key client stakeholders and build relationships to grow the pipeline.
