Key Responsibilities

  • •Undertake a technical role on projects within our energy business, contributing to the design from feasibility to detailed design and site construction supervision.
  • •Provide support for technologies including on and offshore wind, Solar PV, hydroelectric, grid connection works, hydrogen production/storage and BESS.
  • •Engage in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
  • •Work on projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and adapt to different engineering domains.
  • •Progress towards chartership and maintain engineering excellence across deliverables and design standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering or relevant science or master’s degree.
  • •Experience in a position where design was a major part of the role.
  • •Experience in the full cycle of project design delivery from inception to detailed design.
  • •Chartered or working towards chartership.
  • •Areas of experience beneficial: medium/high voltage grid connection works, hydroelectric design, onshore wind (on-site experience, turbines >180m), offshore wind.
