Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage recruitment for the whole of Romania and develop the strategic HR vision for the country.
  • •Spend the majority of time at Constanta port, building people capability for the port.
  • •Manage HR people functions for freight management and freight forwarding pillars in Romania.
  • •Lead and develop a small team to deliver key HR functions, including legal compliance and performance improvement for port and freight teams.
  • •Oversee day-to-day HR activities such as yearly appraisal cycles, union negotiations, pay reviews, and development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive HR leadership experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related businesses.
  • •Strong management skills with the ability to develop internal staff.
  • •Experience managing blue- and white-collar populations.
  • •Experience of union negotiations.
  • •Fluency in English and Romanian is essential.
