Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead programme mobilisation activities for major capital, infrastructure, real estate, and transformation programmes, including initiation, transition, and scale-up.
  • •Define programme vision, objectives, delivery principles, and create mobilisation roadmaps and implementation strategies.
  • •Design programme operating models and Target Operating Models covering governance, organisation structures, roles, accountabilities, processes, and interfaces.
  • •Establish governance frameworks, committees, reporting arrangements, and escalation/decision-making pathways, ensuring alignment with programme complexity, risk, and maturity.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and support business development and proposal activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years' experience in programme management, advisory, consulting, or organisational transformation.
  • •Proven experience mobilising large-scale programmes or portfolios.
  • •Experience developing programme operating models and governance frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of programme management and PMO best practices.
  • •Experience working with major infrastructure, real estate, defence, transport, energy, or government programmes.
