•Guide students through scholarships and fellowships application strategy for programs such as Rhodes, Fulbright, Marshall, and similar awards
•Edit essays and personal statements and help frame students’ research and experiences compellingly
•Coordinate letters of recommendation as part of the application process
•Support students with resume review, interview prep, and waitlist strategy
•Help students navigate financial aid and scholarships more broadly to fund their education

Key Requirements

•Hand-on experience with prestigious scholarship or fellowship applications
•Prior advising or coaching experience
•A clear, structured approach to helping students build the strongest possible application
•Experience guiding application strategy, including essays/personal statements and letters of recommendation
•Ability to host virtual sessions and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience
