Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of Product Engineering job support for the Airside Data Center Computer Room Air Handler (VCDC) Pod.
  • •Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers, including direction, prioritization, coaching, and day-to-day guidance.
  • •Support job processing activities such as bid support, submittals, order release, BOM development, and model generation.
  • •Provide technical leadership for production and field support related to VCDC orders and product applications, including root cause analysis for design, quality, and reliability issues.
  • •Drive engineering changes and design improvements, including collaboration across operations, quality, manufacturing, and product management to resolve technical issues and enhance manufacturability and customer satisfaction.
