Job Summary

Lead Solution Support as a Service for PowerEdge XE servers, supporting AI Server Support Launch and an operational playbook effort. You’ll manage AI server deal governance (SOWs/SLAs), align commitments to delivery capabilities, and guide escalations. Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI server deal execution and governance by aligning SOWs/SLAs with delivery capabilities, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and overseeing escalations.
•Serve as an AI infrastructure SME, advising teams and customers on deployment, optimization, and performance best practices.
•Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and delivery models to standardize and scale AI server support operations.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with support, engineering, sales, logistics, and field teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
•Drive operational excellence by leading reviews, resolving complex escalations, implementing corrective actions, and staying current on emerging technologies.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of technical customer support or account management experience, ideally supporting high-value technology clients.
•Deep understanding of AI workloads, GPU/server architecture, and enterprise infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, cloud), including PowerEdge platforms.
•Strong experience interpreting contracts, managing SOWs, and assessing risk for large-scale infrastructure deals.
•Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable support strategies and manage service engagements using ITSM principles.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; valid driver’s license required.
