  • •Process corporate actions and dividends daily across client accounts, catching and resolving discrepancies before they reach clients.
  • •Work directly with Operations Associates to keep client records accurate.
  • •Serve as the team subject matter expert on tax issues related to corporate actions and dividends.
  • •Partner with the Trade Desk, securities lending, management, and other teams to escalate and resolve critical issues and reduce risk.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years at a broker-dealer handling back-office corporate action processing for equities and options (CIRO-regulated dealer preferred).
  • •Experience with CDS, DTC, OCC, and CDCC.
  • •Strong Excel skills for reconciling and analyzing position/entitlement data.
  • •Comfort working with large data sets to identify breaks and explain causes.
  • •Progress toward or completion of CSC, DFOL, or similar industry courses (nice to have).
