Partner with engineering leadership to scale xAI’s tech org through full lifecycle HR support—onboarding, performance, org design, and development. Drive workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and strategic initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring programs meet the needs of engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions
•Act as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics and organizational optimization
•Collaborate with HR functions (recruiting, training and development, compensation, benefits) to optimize programs for client groups
•Counsel employees and managers guided by policies and laws/regulations
•Facilitate internal transfers, oversee promotions, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention and career development

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, with exposure across other HR disciplines
•Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic business environment

•Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
•Experience working in the tech industry/supporting engineering teams
