Provide first-level IT support to end users across hardware, software, and basic network issues. Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.

•Log, track, and resolve or escalate IT support requests through the helpdesk system.
•Support user account setup, password resets, and system access management under supervision, including onboarding and offboarding.
•Assist with routine system checks, updates, backups, basic cybersecurity practices, and maintain accurate IT asset and license records.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma; Diploma/Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
•0–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome.
•Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools, with good communication and customer service skills.
