Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient production.
  • •Complete SNAP/Provers pre/final commissioning across assigned geographic areas.
  • •Complete Bell Strapping and certification, including SNAP/Provers site calibrations/certification processes.
  • •Provide SNAP customer support and resolve field problems for hardware and software, including phone product support.
  • •Perform statistical data analysis to drive resolution and continuous product improvement, and manage assigned customer accounts using project management tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in Calibration, Metrology, Field Service, or Quality engineering
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, Electronics/Electrical technology, engineering, or mathematics)
  • •Ability to work independently
  • •Hands-on calibration experience (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, process instruments)
  • •Knowledge of ANSI B109.1, ISO 17025, and ISO 9001 quality standards
