Lead design for RCC APAC Apparel, overseeing Special Make Up products with a strong focus on storytelling, color and material concepts, and commercial iterations. Drive market intelligence on design trends for APAC and translate insights into unique collections and color/material footwear stories. Represent design in internal/external meetings, foster cross-team collaboration, and mentor the RCC APAC design team while partnering with Product Line Managers and Development.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the design execution for Special Make Up products for RCC APAC Apparel with focus on storytelling, color & material concepts and commercial iterations
•Lead and drive market intelligence, providing up-to-date information on design trends for the APAC region and utilizing them effectively
•Collaborate with Product Line Managers and Development to develop unique collections and stand-alone color & material footwear designs and product stories for the APAC region
•Represent your design area as design spokesperson at internal and external meetings
•Drive close cooperation with inline designers and other RCC product areas to ensure 360 design concepts when needed

Key Requirements

•University degree in Apparel Design or relevant field of study
•At least 7 years of experience in Apparel design in fashion, sportswear, or casual sports lifestyle
•Strong concept and storytelling skills
•Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation from concept to final design review
•Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of leadership experience
