Key Responsibilities

•Create, update, and maintain SAP sales orders for PSL Service Coordinator under general supervision.
•Minimize sales order days sales outstanding through accurate data and efficient processing.
•Support service coordinators with order-to-cash, plant maintenance, and procurement data entry.
•Be responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation.
•Troubleshoot and resolve SAP order-to-cash issues and collaborate with planning and accounting to resolve scheduling issues.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or similar education with 2 years experience in PSL (Product Service Line)
•Proficiency with SAP and order-to-cash processes
•Experience with inventory commitment and reconciliation
•Ability to process procurement data entry and support cost transfer to sales orders or MBUs
•Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching workflows and collaboration with planning, maintenance, and accounting teams
