Job Summary

Lead the Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa and Recreation) to ensure seamless operations, top guest satisfaction, and compliance with Kempinski standards. Own strategic planning, budgeting, and P&L while coordinating with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy, rates and profits. Drive safety, quality, and people development across all Rooms-related departments.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in the development and preparation of the hotel’s strategic plan.
•Prepare and monitor the department budget and revenue performance, ensuring alignment with hotel goals.
•Assume P&L responsibility for Rooms-related departments and drive cost efficiency.
•Coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize room occupancy, rates and profits, and optimize revenue penetration in the market.
•Lead and evolve departmental workflows, implement policies, and ensure clear communications with all department heads to maintain high service standards.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading a large Rooms Division in a luxury or upscale hotel environment
•Strong budgeting, forecasting and P&L management skills
•Proven ability to coordinate with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize occupancy and profitability
•Excellent leadership, communication and people development capabilities
•Ability to conduct interviews and manage departmental meetings to ensure service excellence
