Job Summary

Lead Retail, TMT, and Travel vertical sales teams to drive outsized growth from named enterprise advertisers and agency partners. Partner cross-functionally with Commercialization, Product Marketing, and Ads Product & Engineering to translate customer needs into Smart TV advertising strategy. Build and mentor talent, set mid- and long-term business plans for the Smart TV platform, and act as a regional brand ambassador and thought leader in streaming and multi-channel advertising technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team driving outsized growth from large customers and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize advertising growth.
•Develop mid-term and long-term strategic plans to grow the book of business both on and off Smart TV.
•Develop talent on the team and build growth plans to keep team members on a high-performing trajectory.
•Act as Samsung Ads brand ambassador and establish thought leadership and market expertise in the region.
•Serve as the voice of the customer and internal champion for proposed Smart TV advertising strategy across key Samsung stakeholders.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 285,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
•10+ years of video and connected TV media ecosystem experience, including time at a video publisher, DSP, or SSP.
•5+ years of sales leadership experience focused on large customer relationships and growing talent.
•Successful internal and external relationship management with strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven ability to explain complex topics simply in person, over the phone, or via video conference.
