•Environment lead for high profile projects to secure State and Commonwealth approvals in collaboration with clients and cross-business line teams
•Self-starter and driven to effectively manage delivery of complex Environmental Impact Assessment and approvals, including coordination of multidisciplinary technical teams, impact assessment and approval processes
•Lead and review environmental approvals, impact assessments, and management plans across a diverse range of projects and environmental services, ensuring technical excellence and compliance
•Proven technical leadership and confidence managing multidisciplinary technical teams to identify risks, solve problems, communicate change through planning, design and approval processes
•Manage project resources and schedule, delegating activities, monitoring and managing project budgets (with support as required)
•Leading business development activities, including proposals

•Bachelor’s degree in Regional/Urban Planning or Environmental Planning, Science or Engineering
•12+ years relevant environmental assessment and approvals experience in a consulting environment
•Demonstrated experience leading successful application of Commonwealth and State planning and environmental legislation on major projects
•Proven business development skills: client engagement, pipeline building, and proposal leadership
•Commercial acumen and experienced project manager, with advanced skill in schedule, resource and budget management
