Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of complex small-business clients by deepening existing relationships and prospecting for new opportunities. Key Requirements

•Typically a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking.
•Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver client solutions.
•Strong understanding of banking operations, sales, new business development, customer service and relations, and community relations.
•Professional working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements (including NMLS registration).
