Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full cycle of the Aircraft Maintenance Program to develop work scopes for aircraft delivery and re-delivery processes.
  • •Support engineers and maintenance teams (Line, Hangar, MCC) with data collation, performance review, analysis of requests, management reporting, and corrective measures.
  • •Ensure the AMP is designed, managed, developed, and optimized for operational needs and reliability, complying with OEM, CAMO, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Analyze technical performance reports and trends to highlight findings, develop cost-effective solutions, and implement proactive changes.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders and regulators for reviews and approvals (including Maintenance Review Board), introduce approved recommendations/ADs timely, and support audits and occurrence report closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related higher diploma/certificate) with relevant experience.
  • •Training certificates/workshops on Human Factor and Safety.
  • •5+ years of aviation industry experience, including exposure at an airline as a trainee or similar capacity (Airbus A320 experience is highly desirable).
  • •Experience with aircraft airworthiness program requirements and regulations (e.g., CAMO).
  • •Good experience designing, implementing, and monitoring maintenance programs, policies, procedures, and operating manuals, with exposure to maintenance steering group/MSG-3 meetings preferred.
