Key Responsibilities

•Receive product and process weekly or biweekly orders as applicable
•Handle the preparation of returns for defective orders
•Prepare and send monthly reports to SCC
•Carry out daily store and back-office maintenance and cleaning tasks
•Disinfect and clean products and maintain orderly store areas (cash register zone, visuals)

Key Requirements

•Authentic ambassador of Pandora values (WE CARE, WE DARE, WE DELIVER, WE DREAM) and storyteller of Pandora pieces
•Proactive, enthusiastic and a strong team player with attention to detail
•Capable of maintaining the store image and ensuring order in the sales area and back office
•Comfortable handling product reception and weekly/biweekly orders
•Experience with store operations such as maintenance, cleaning, stock replenishment, and basic reporting to internal teams
