Key Responsibilities

  • •Effectively manage audits and deliver the annual audit plan within timeframe, standards, methodology, budget, and best practices.
  • •Devise and champion audit techniques and approaches to improve operational effectiveness and the quality of audit assignments.
  • •Confirm that audit findings and recommendations are understood and mitigated.
  • •Coordinate and collaborate to ensure consistent delivery of audit work and manage stakeholder interfaces for common understanding of deliverables.
  • •Lead and communicate audit outcomes, facilitate continuous learning, and coach/mentor team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of relevant work experience in the Financial Services Sector, consultancy, or internal/external audit (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of regulatory requirements and business processes related to Operations.
  • •Relevant accounting, audit, analytical, financial, project management, quantitative, risk, and technology skills.
  • •Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, accounting, mathematics, or social sciences.
  • •Preference for qualified accountants and certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFE, or ACAMS.
