•Lead product definition and set delivery commitments by aligning with stakeholders and IT teams on product scope and timelines.

•Promote an ownership and technical excellence culture as an ambassador of MELI’s principles.
•Define the team’s technical strategy, ensuring scalability, quality, and performance of solutions.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in software development and leadership of technical teams, with strong technical background.
•Experience with observability tools such as DataDog, Kibana, and New Relic, plus cloud and high-concurrency/high-load environments.
•Knowledge of microservices architectures, REST APIs, and databases.
•Experience working with agile methodologies in dynamic development environments.
•Demonstrated ability to lead product definition and delivery commitments through stakeholder collaboration.
