Key Responsibilities

  • •Review work orders and specifications to confirm correct equipment, trained personnel, packaging supplies, and raw materials for customer requirements.
  • •Assist with equipment set-up under the direction of the Lead Operator or designated personnel (e.g., extruder, treater stations, bag machines, winders).
  • •Periodically inspect finished film on production lines and take immediate corrective action for substandard product.
  • •Ensure accurate documentation of production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks, and maintain clean, organized work areas.
  • •Train team members on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality standards; coordinate with maintenance and quality to resolve equipment or product issues promptly.
