Key Responsibilities

•Build new products and services from the ground up, and rethink or modify existing architectures.
•Prototype AI-driven solutions and proofs-of-concept to rapidly validate ideas and inform product direction.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to deliver usable features under ambiguity.
•Evaluate and integrate AI tools to accelerate development and learning across the organization.
•Ship working software in short iterations, balancing speed with reliability.

Key Requirements

•AI-enabled development experience with rapid prototyping
•ability to learn quickly, explore unfamiliar domains, and validate ideas through working prototypes
•familiarity with multiple programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, Go) or ability to pick up new ones quickly using AI tools
•comfort working under ambiguity and in fast-moving environments
•demonstrated habit of shipping working software through quick iterations (PoC-first)
