Lead and scale Jobber’s ISV Marketplace partner program by designing end-to-end strategy, onboarding, governance, and performance frameworks. Own partner lifecycle from recruitment to optimization, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales, and drive ecosystem growth through scalable processes, metrics, and programs while traveling to partner sites and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end ISV Marketplace program strategy and operating model, including partner tiers, requirements, benefits, and engagement standards
•Design scalable onboarding, certification, and listing quality frameworks to ensure marketplace integrity and partner success
•Develop the marketplace partner lifecycle from recruitment through scale with a programmatic approach and governance standards
•Define and track marketplace health metrics, partner performance indicators, and ecosystem KPIs; build dashboards and actionable insights for leadership
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Success teams to enable marketplace-driven customer acquisition, retention, and platform investments

Travel: Medium travel

•Demonstrated success building partner lifecycle frameworks, tiering models, and operational playbooks
