Key Responsibilities

  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • •Ensure all positions are filled before production line start-up and oversee machinery and processing operations.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics; provide training and retention/counseling on personal and professional problems.
  • •Ensure all workstations pass USDA inspection and keep records of reworked or returned product.
  • •Promote safety daily, support monthly safety meetings, and ensure accurate shipments, proper inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
