Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, negotiate, and validate different types of contracts, including services, sponsorship/partnership, and IT contracts.
  • •Support intellectual property work (review and legal support for artistic, cultural, and event projects; rights assignment and event contracts).
  • •Provide advisory support to operational teams alongside the Holding legal jurists.
  • •Conduct regulatory and case-law monitoring.
  • •Ensure adherence to group policies, including confidentiality, compliance, and personal data protection.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 (or equivalent) in IP/IT or business law, or currently in progress.
  • •At least 6 months of prior internship experience in a company and/or law firm, especially in contract law.
  • •Demonstrated dynamism, pragmatism, and strong organization.
  • •Ability to work well in a team, become autonomous quickly, and maintain inherent confidentiality.
  • •Proficiency with IT tools (Word, Excel, legal databases) and fluent written and spoken English.
