Job Summary

Own one or more AI-native enterprise product areas from concept through General Availability, combining workload orchestration with agentic AI, modern data platforms, and enterprise automation. Lead product strategy and customer discovery, translate customer problems into differentiated capabilities, and partner with Engineering and UX to deliver through launch. Drive go-to-market collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for adoption of mission-critical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area and conduct customer discovery to validate direction.
•Translate customer problems into differentiated product capabilities and business value.
•Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver AI-native products from concept through launch, including writing product requirements and prioritizing investments.
•Drive execution across cross-functional teams while designing experiences with enterprise-grade governance, security, and explainability.
•Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on go-to-market, adoption, and customer/analyst engagements.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-12+ years of product management experience in enterprise software.
•Proven experience delivering AI products from concept through launch.
•Strong technical background, including prior experience as a software developer or similar technical role.
•Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, or enterprise infrastructure software.
•Experience partnering with enterprise customers and engineering teams, with excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
