Key Responsibilities

  • •Own complete delivery of enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI projects from concept to production.
  • •Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution roadmaps and technical execution plans.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, UX, Security, and Business.
  • •Manage hybrid Agile delivery using experimentation, Kanban, and Sprint-based execution.
  • •Lead AI governance, Responsible AI reviews, model evaluation, release readiness, and compliance; coordinate LLM/RAG/vector search and AI agents/copilots knowledge-base releases.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of Technical Program Management in fast-paced delivery and execution environments.
  • •Demonstrated success deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in a live environment.
  • •Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, engineering, AI evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
  • •Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or OpenAI APIs.
  • •Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Workfront, or equivalent tools.
