Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-shift leadership and oversee logistics package sort operations for unloading, sorting, and driver freight allocation.
  • •Manage warehouse associates and direct contingent workforce to meet quality and safety standards and hit performance metrics.
  • •Use HelloFresh tech and systems to make operational decisions and maintain a culture of safety inside facilities and over the road.
  • •Support operational scaling by reporting to the Logistics Hub Manager, communicating delays/issues, and analyzing/prioritizing work to prevent failures.
  • •Ensure security of HelloFresh assets and lead team huddles while supporting inclusive culture and retention goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Preferably 2+ years’ experience managing operations for fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or transportation companies.
  • •At least 22 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • •Able to pass pre-employment screens including drug, MVR, background, and criminal checks.
  • •Proficiency in manipulating data and reporting, with leadership experience motivating and encouraging others.
