Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Fleet Efficiency in program review meetings with key suppliers, discussing risks/issues and aligning priorities with Customer Services.
  • •Participate in A220 program change governance and manage MISP & SISP projects end-to-end.
  • •Anticipate A220 operator needs and proactively initiate timely projects on behalf of Fleet Efficiency.
  • •Analyze major in-service events, identify/implement mitigations, and define the communication plan to customers (TFU, AOT, OEB, webinars).
  • •Contribute to fleet performance analysis and monitor in-service airworthiness issues and corrective actions via SB/VSB, reporting status, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed a degree/diploma in an aerospace, mechanical engineering field or equivalent.
  • •More than 10 years’ experience in aircraft engineering, aircraft operations and/or customer services.

  • •Strong business/finance sense and strategic vision.
  • •Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and presenting to stakeholders.
