Job Summary

Detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to own Tavily’s end-to-end AR function, overseeing invoicing, collections, cash application, and AR reporting. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure accurate billing, timely cash collection, and scalable processes as the company grows. Reports to the CFO and supports month-end close and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full AR lifecycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, credits, and adjustments.
•Ensure timely, accurate invoicing aligned with contracts, usage, and pricing terms.
•Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue balances, and drive consistent collections processes.
•Maintain accurate customer AR records and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
•Prepare regular AR reporting for the CFO and support month-end close and revenue disclosure.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in accounts receivable.
•Strong understanding of invoicing and collections.
•Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
•High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing billing situations.
