Key Responsibilities

  • •Support engineering and technology development builds with cross-functional teams.
  • •Plan and coordinate build schedules, milestones, and activities.
  • •Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines to support successful execution.
  • •Coordinate material readiness, logistics, and resource availability for engineering builds, including wafer movement, kitting, receiving, and sample submissions.
  • •Ensure operational activities comply with processes and quality standards; participate in reviews, prepare status updates, follow up on action items, and communicate with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, process engineering, operations, or project management is advantageous.
  • •Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.
  • •Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, or project management tools is a plus.
  • •Basic knowledge of data visualization and automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
