Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of an APAC Legal Entity Rationalization (LER) transformation across multiple countries. Drive alignment and decision-making across Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, HR, Operations, and country leadership teams through influence and governance. Own the integrated program plan, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action tracking, coordinate governance meetings, manage progress across workstreams, and support entity transition activities like business transfers and liquidations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of the APAC LER program across the region.
•Drive alignment and decision-making across Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, HR, Operations, and country leadership teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
•Maintain the integrated program plan including milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs.
•Coordinate and host country-level and regional LER governance meetings; track progress and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
•Act as the central coordination point and influence 50+ cross-functional stakeholders across APAC, including support for issue resolution and escalation management.

Key Requirements

•8–15 years of experience in project/program management, transformation, M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or related fields, with legal exposure and corporate governance awareness.
•Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation programs across multiple countries and executive stakeholders.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing, negotiation, and driving outcomes without direct authority.
•Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and proactively resolve complex cross-functional issues.
•Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels, including planning, reporting, issue tracking, and day-to-day execution.
