Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end execution of the APAC LER program across the region.
  • •Drive alignment and decision-making across Finance, Legal, Tax, IT, HR, Operations, and country leadership teams to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
  • •Maintain the integrated program plan including milestones, risks, dependencies, and action logs.
  • •Coordinate and host country-level and regional LER governance meetings; track progress and ensure follow-up of agreed actions.
  • •Act as the central coordination point and influence 50+ cross-functional stakeholders across APAC, including support for issue resolution and escalation management.

Key Requirements

  • •8–15 years of experience in project/program management, transformation, M&A integration, corporate restructuring, or related fields, with legal exposure and corporate governance awareness.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation programs across multiple countries and executive stakeholders.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing, negotiation, and driving outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and proactively resolve complex cross-functional issues.
  • •Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels, including planning, reporting, issue tracking, and day-to-day execution.
