Job Summary

Own end-to-end payment recovery for platform orders and service invoices, including high-volume outreach via email and phone and escalation to debt collection agencies when needed. Manage payment operations with retailers and brands, analyze payment behavior to improve the end-to-end payment experience, and collaborate with Tech, Product, Data, CX, and Logistics to scale payment and recovery processes. Help identify and mitigate fraud risks within payment flows.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end payment recovery for platform orders and service invoices, including high-volume collection outreach via email and phone and escalation to debt collection agencies when necessary.
•Ensure smooth payment operations by interacting with retailers and brands to lead the recovery process for platform orders and service invoices.
•Analyze customer feedback and payment behavior to identify pain points and improve the end-to-end payment experience.
•Drive cross-functional projects with internal teams (Tech, Product, Data, CX, Logistics) to enhance and scale payment & recovery processes.
•Identify and assess fraud risks within payment flows and help develop strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate exposure.

Key Requirements

•A degree from a Business or Engineering School (or equivalent).
•Fluent French and a very good level of English (written and spoken).
•Comfortable communicating directly with retailers and brands, including by phone.
•A good sense of initiative, rigor, and thoroughness.
•Solid skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
