Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end payment recovery for platform orders and service invoices, including high-volume collection outreach via email and phone and escalation to debt collection agencies when necessary.
  • •Ensure smooth payment operations by interacting with retailers and brands to lead the recovery process for platform orders and service invoices.
  • •Analyze customer feedback and payment behavior to identify pain points and improve the end-to-end payment experience.
  • •Drive cross-functional projects with internal teams (Tech, Product, Data, CX, Logistics) to enhance and scale payment & recovery processes.
  • •Identify and assess fraud risks within payment flows and help develop strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate exposure.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree from a Business or Engineering School (or equivalent).
  • •Fluent French and a very good level of English (written and spoken).
  • •Comfortable communicating directly with retailers and brands, including by phone.
  • •A good sense of initiative, rigor, and thoroughness.
  • •Solid skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
