Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, optimization, and monitoring of production processes, equipment, and systems for safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • •Supervise and develop Manufacturing Engineers; execute technical assessments and define product efficiency improvements and technology use.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives (process optimization, downtime reduction, waste elimination, yield improvement, scrap reduction) using Lean/Six Sigma tools and Lean events.
  • •Ensure quality and compliance with ISO9001, EQMS change control, SOPs/GMP/GDP, and lead CAPA and root-cause analysis; create/maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and CTQs.
  • •Manage the capital projects portfolio end-to-end (planning, execution, implementation) and oversee project documentation, pilot builds, engineering runs, and DFM/DFA improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electric, electromechanical engineering (or similar).
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years supervising people; experience leading engineering and capital equipment projects.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment testing, and process validations, including manufacturing data/statistical methods.
  • •Lean techniques and ISO-regulated manufacturing experience, plus strong Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, CAPA, NCR, and continuous improvement methodologies.
