Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend controls to mitigate incidents.
  • •Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance.
  • •Develop and deliver HSE training programs on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental responsibilities.
  • •Monitor HSE performance metrics, prepare reports and documentation, and liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders on HSE matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop, implement, and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and programs to meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant HSE experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management principles, risk assessment and management.
  • •Experience working with third-party contractors to create and run an effective HSE program.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, along with familiarity with ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, and integrated management systems.
