Key Responsibilities

•Identify traffic gaps across campaign cycles and design growth initiatives (new channels, creator mechanics, product feature activations, and out-app opportunities) from idea to measurement.
•Run structured growth experiments (hypothesis, test, measure, scale or kill) and maintain an attribution framework to show marketing impact on traffic and GMV.
•Lead high-priority special projects and regional pilots by turning ambiguous briefs into executable plans with clear owners and success metrics.
•Integrate brand and growth by translating brand initiatives into testable traffic or GMV hypotheses during planning conversations.
•Embed AI-assisted workflows into planning and execution cycles, building reusable frameworks that compound team capability over time.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in growth marketing, integrated campaign management, or performance media, preferably in consumer tech, platform businesses, or e-commerce.
•Strong understanding of traffic generation, measurement, and attribution across paid, organic, and owned channels, with evidence of connecting outcomes to GMV/traffic/conversion.
•Ability to move between strategic design and hands-on execution within the same campaign cycle.
•Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end as the accountable owner from brief to delivery.
•Strong influencing and communication skills with comfort working with high-level stakeholders across functions and regions.
